Red Wine Production Facility

Mountain States recently completed Washington wine industries latest state of the art red wine production facility located in Alderdale, WA.

This 50,000 sf pre-engineered metal building with insulated roof and wall panels was designed and constructed by Mountain States Const. Co. with expansion capabilites incorporated into the design.  The facility is 55’-0” tall at its ridge to accommodate the large wine storage tanks located inside the winery.  An 8’-0” tall CMU wainscot surrounds the perimeter of the building to hold up to the day to day operations that are common in wine production.  A 4,000 sf winery operations office is attached to the winery, finished in stucco siding and standing seam metal roof.  The site development for this project entailed mass grading and improvements to approximately 8 acres. 

Construction of the winery began the middle of February and was ready for grape on September 1st.
