This 60,000 sf facility consists of 16 Controlled Atmosphere storage rooms, a 480 sf lab, access corridor, mezzanine equipment area, and a maximum capacity of 30,500 bins. The building is constructed of 109 concrete tilt-up wall panels and a standing seam metal roof above a wood truss system.

Design and Construction by Mountain States in only 4 ½ months.
