A 20,000 sf -20° frozen food storage facility consisted of a 17,000 sf freezer building and attached staging area, loading dock, mechanical room and receiving office. The building has a structural steel framework, precast concrete tilt-up wall panels and metal roof enclosing a Zer-O-Loc freezer box.
