The 29,715 sf facility is constructed of concrete tilt panels inside and out. The main floor of the facility is used for case goods storage, barrel rooms, tank room, lab, staging area, and office space. The mezzanine in the facility contains a conference room with fireplace, a staging kitchen, wine display, and veranda all for private events.
The west side of the winery is buried 22’ of its 28’ height into the hillside with the south face buried 11’ hiding the large size of the facility. Long Shadows is a group of world-renowned vintners each producing their own wine under the Long Shadows umbrella.
