This project consisted of a 260,000 sf (6.1 Acres) of greenhouse under one continuous glass roof, another 223,000 sf (5.1 Acres) of flathouse where plants are finished, a 63,000 sf distribution building where seeds are planted and plants are prepared for nationwide distribution, an 8-bay shipping dock, a 6,400 sf boiler building for producing hot water for heating above the areas, a 5,200 sf regional office with employee areas, a one million gallon storm water retention pond, fire protection, wastewater circulation, and parking facilities. The entire facility covers an 80-acre parcel.
