This project consisted of 35,280 sf pre-engineered steel building for sour cherry processing, a 5,900 sf cold receiving room constructed of precast concrete tilt-up sandwich panels, a 960 sf CMU block engine room, a 3,350 sf Zer-O-Loc Freezer with a mechanical system capable of freezing 100 tons of cherries per day on a continuous basis, and a 1,150 sf office.
