Barrel Storage Facility & Tasting Room

Mercer Wine Estates was designed to produce up to 65,000 cases of wine. The facility is made up of a 9,500 sf tank room with concrete tank pads, a 6,600 sf case goods storage area, bottling, and mechanical room, a concrete loading dock with ramp, and a 4,100 sf crush pad.
A 9,000 sf barrel storage facility and an attached 3,200 sf Tasting room were constructed adjacent to the production facility
