The Powerdale Dam spillway upgrade consisted of the installation of a downstream cofferdam, fish bypass canal, and 450 cubic yards of existing concrete from the face of the spillway to the stilling basin at the toe of the spillway, excavation and removal of approximately 1,500 cubic yards of riverbed materials, and installation of approximately 1,000 cubic yards of new spillway facing and stilling basin concrete.
