Medical Office Building
Union Gap, WA
The project consisted of designing and constructing a 10,520 sf medical office. The facility houses 19 exam rooms, an x-ray and dark room, four doctor offices, manager’s office, charts and business office, break room with kitchenette, medical storage rooms, lobby/waiting room with children’s play area and two nurses stations with additional physician stations. The building is comprised of wood frame construction with stucco siding and a brick wainscoting around the perimeter of the building.
