This project consisted of constructing a two-story, 16,128 sf office building overlooking the Columbia River. The main level is constructed of timber and pre-engineered roof trusses and serves as two separate office suites. The interior of one suite is finished with oak; the other is finished in birch. The lower level is comprised of heavily reinforced concrete and structural steel and houses multiple tenant spaces. The building was constructed on a built-up, stepped landscape. The outside of the building is finished with clad brick and insulated stucco.
